Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

Own one of this year's coolest Christmas gifts: Harry Potter and the Half Blood-Prince Limited Death Mask Edition, offered exclusively through Amazon.co.uk. While you cannot wear the mask, it definitely will be a fine collector's item to show off on your DVD shelf.

Adolescent wizard-in-training Harry Potter returns to Hogwarts for another year of schooling and learns more about the dark past of the boy who grew up to become Lord Voldemort in this, the sixth installment of the film series that originated from the writings of author J.K. Rowling. There was a time when Hogwarts was thought of as a safe haven, but thanks to Voldemort's tightening grip on both the Muggle and wizarding worlds, that simply isn't the case anymore. Suspecting that the castle may even harbour an outright threat, Harry finds his investigation into the matter sidelined by Dumbledore's attempts to prepare him for the monumental battle looming ever closer on the horizon. In order to discover the key to Voldemort's defences, Dumbledore enlists the aid of resourceful yet unsuspecting bon vivant Professor Horace Slughorn, who may have a clue as to their enemy's Achilles' heel. Meanwhile, teenage hormones cause the students at Hogwarts to lose focus on their true mission. As Harry and Dean Thomas clash for the affections of the lovely Ginny, Romilda

Vane attempts to woo Ron away from Lavender Brown with some particularly tasty chocolates. Even Hermione isn't immune from the love bug, though she tries her hardest to suppress her growing jealousy and keep her emotions bottled up. But there is one student who remains completely aloof from the romance blossoming all around, and he intends to leave a dark impression on his classmates. With tragedy looming ever closer, it begins to appear as if peace will prove elusive in Hogwarts for some time to come.

Smithy is bereft in Essex without Gav, and is trying to get used to the fact that his son, Neil the baby, is now living in a caravan with mum Nessa and soon-to-be stepfather Dave Coaches.

In the third and final series of this award winning comedy, we find out once again that there’s nothing predictable about families and friends…whichever side of the Severn Bridge they live on.

The Red Baron (2 DVD)

The Red Baron - The true story of Manfred von Richthofen (2DVDs) This documentary tells the true story of Manfred von Richthofen, using sensational original footage shot during the 1st world war. It covers his life from his birth in Schlesien through to the flying exploits of this German hero, including the dog fights which began in June 1917 in Flandern. In the air, the Allies maintained air superiority. All available German hunter squadrons were thrown into the battle in order to subdue their opponent. Richthofen and his fellow pilots mastered the tasks given to them brilliantly. The four hunter squadrons of the JG 1 took over the airspace within an incredibly short two weeks - achieving 40 air victories. Then catastrophe struck and Richthofen did not return after an enemy flight! What happened? District 9

Over twenty years ago, aliens made first contact with Earth. Humans waited for the hostile attack, or the giant advances in technology. Neither came. Instead, the aliens were refugees from their home world. The creatures were set up in a makeshift home in South Africa’s District 9 as the world’s nations argued over what to do with them.
Now, patience over the alien situation has run out. Control over the aliens has been contracted out to Multi-National United (MNU), a private company uninterested in the aliens’ welfare. MNU will receive tremendous profits if they can make the aliens’ powerful weaponry work. So far, they have failed; activation of the weaponry requires alien DNA.
The tension between the aliens and the humans comes to a head when MNU begins evicting the non-humans from District 9, with MNU field agents responsible for moving them to a new camp. One of the MNU field operatives, Wikus van der Merwe (Sharlto Copley), contracts an alien virus that begins changing his DNA. Wikus quickly becomes the most hunted man in the world, as well as the most valuable – he is the key to unlocking the secrets of alien technology. Ostracised and friendless, there is only one place left for him to hide: District 9.

Family Guy Presents: Something Something Something Dark Side

THE SOMETHING, SOMETHING, SOMETHING DARK SIDE is the sequel to BLUE HARVEST, a special 60 minute episode from cult cartoon franchise FAMILY GUY. Following the example of its predecessor, this instalment retraces the adventures of the STAR WARS saga from the bizarre perspective of Seth MacFarlane’s dysfunctional characters. Chris Griffin – the chubby and clumsy teenage son - is transformed into a less charming and not so resourceful Luke Skywalker, Stewie Griffin – the ever menacing toddler - aptly morphs into an even meaner version of Darth Vader, while Peter Griffin and Lois Griffin play Han Solo and Princess Leia respectively.
